My weekly work included:

• Reviewing themes and topics to make sure they align with the Movieguide® brand.
• Writing 2-3 articles per week for the publication.
• Editing 5+ articles per day.
• Reviewing and sometimes rewriting headlines to capture audience attention and increase traffic.
• Substantially editing articles (sometimes adding pertinent info or reorganizing the structure) to make it as interesting as possible for Movieguide’s® target audience.
• Editing and proofreading articles for grammar errors.
• Alerting editorial staff when relevant news stories broke.
